BOLLE

BOLLE is a new kind of wine for a new kind of drinker. Built on tradition, innovation, and inclusion, it’s the world’s only twice-fermented non-alcoholic wine crafted through a patent-pending process that creates genuine wine structure, complexity, and mouthfeel without added sugar, flavors, or aromas. The result is a sparkling wine that looks, tastes, and behaves like wine just without the alcohol.

The idea behind BOLLE was inspired by co-founder Roberto Vanin, whose early memories of growing up in Veneto were filled with the joyful sounds of corks popping and glasses clinking. In his family, bolle bubbles were a symbol of celebration. With degrees in chemistry and oenology from the University of Padova, Roberto set out to create a product that honoured those memories while challenging the status quo: wine made through fermentation, not de-alcoholization, not dilution and never compromise.
