We’re here to help

On January 1, 2026 the new California State Law AB 2991 will take effect requiring alcohol retailers to pay beer, wine, and spirits wholesalers exclusively through electronic funds transfer (EFT) 30 days after delivery. This means we will no longer be able to accept checks or cash for payment of invoices.

Per the ABC Website An electronic funds transfer or EFT is the electronic transfer of money from one bank account to another via computer-based systems, either within a single financial institution or across multiple institutions. There are many different payment processors that facilitate electronic payments.

Above you will find some common and recommended payment options that are in compliance with the new state law. If you have questions or need assistance at any time please contact us using the form below. Thank you for your business!
