Gin Lane 1751

Gin Lane 1751 was created in partnership between 10th generation distiller Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers in London, England, and the Bloomsbury Club, led by industry veteran Geoff Curley. The range of gins is created in a classic Victorian style with bold yet balanced juniper, star anise, and Mediterranean citrus.

The brand has been named after both William Hogarth’s infamous Gin Lane painting and also the landmark Gin Act of 1751, which led to gin becoming less readily available in the UK with stricter production guidelines and higher tax and, as such, positioned as the classic spirit as “more respectable.”
